The home is nestled on 5 acres of tranquil rural land.  Take a stroll on the manicured lawns of the three acres around the home, enjoy the gardens, and wander to the end of the property for a view of Baroon Pocket Dam at sunset.  Or look straight off the balcony at Bribie Island on a clear blue-sky day.  Take a steep walk into our fenced-off area, and visit our two miniature dexter cattle, hand fed and very friendly.

Enjoy indoor/outdoor living with balconies surrounding the whole of the upstairs area, and unique timber slab furniture for outdoor entertaining. 

Fully paved outdoor area surrounding the house, easy for barbeques and viewing the pool and tennis court.  Includes a fully enclosed paved area at the back of the house with child-proof gates for keeping the children safe whilst entertaining, or having an area they can be safe with a babysitter whilst you are busy with an important event.

The house is 500 sq metres, and features a 4-car lockup fully enclosed garage, attached and adjacent to the house, with internal entry.

The  Kitchens 
The main upstairs kitchen featuring 3 sinks, granite composite bench tops in neutral colours and guinea rosewood timber throughout all of the cabinetry.  2-drawer dishwasher and double side-by-side pewter refrigerator.  Gas cook top set into the bench, and an electric double wall-oven.  Microwave.  Ample room for entertaining, cooking up a storm, or simply to have plenty of company in the kitchen whilst cooking the evening meal. The 2nd kitchen is a simple style, with 2-drawer dishwasher and electric cook top, in the downstairs area, which allows the downstairs to be used as a second separate living area or downstairs flat

The Lounges’
The upstairs area contains a generous lounge with 4 leather settees’s, and an off-the-side ‘music area’ with a leather lounge and 2 matching leather chairs, nestled close to an old-style antique fully tuned piano.  The whole area is open plan, and can be heated by the giant-sized log-burning fire place, together with safety fencing for small children.  In summer, enjoy the large living area cooled to a pleasant temperature with a split-system air-conditioning unit, controlled by a switch on the wall.

The Media Room
Be entertained in our cosy, carpeted media room, featuring a large movie-sized screen on the wall and a projector to enlarge any DVD movie you wish to play.  Enjoy great quality music from this room, with our multi-media sound system.
Tennis Courts
Enjoy a game of tennis in the twilight under court lights on our full-sized tennis courts
(rackets and balls provided), and feel the modern sand/artificial turf surface.

The Games Room
The games room features a pool table/ table tennis.

The Pool & Spa
Lap in our 25 metre lap pool, fully heated to 30 degrees, even through the winter.  Plenty of room off the side of the lap lane to enjoy a romp in the 6 X 6 metre general swimming area, or watch the fun from the peace and tranquility of the attached spa, with bubbles to match those in your champagne glass.

Bedrooms

Number of bedrooms: 6.

Upstairs are 2 grand sized double bedrooms, one with a king bed, ensuite (spa-bath) and walk-in robe, and one with a queen bed and small private lounge.  The private lounge can be sectioned off with the floor to ceiling timber sliding doors for extra privacy, or left open for a feeling of space.  Both bedrooms feature their own timber sliding doors to the outside decks, the king bedroom to a private deck with it’s own view, only accessed through the bedroom. 

Enjoy four more spacious bedrooms down stairs, one with queen-sized bed, and the rest with double beds.   The downstairs area is serviced by two bathrooms, one with king-sized spa-bath, and the other with spacious shower.
